A notice regarding One2Call service pricing
This communication aims to provide you with as much notice as possible of anticipated AND in place supplier-led market price increases.
We have been closely monitoring the sector and our suppliers, who have indicated that due to the adverse inflationary effects on their operating costs and supplier costs, they have already and will, in the near future, be announcing more price increases to come into effect on 1st April 2023.
One2call will not be passing on these increases until May 1st and will be suffering the costs internally so we have enough time to make the correct decision.
These anticipated higher costs mean that, unfortunately, we also have no option but to review our current pricing and introduce price increases for a number of One2call products and services onto our customers.
We’re working closely with our suppliers to get confirmation as quickly as possible on which products and services will be affected and the scale of those increases.
Whilst we can’t confirm the exact pricing details at this time, as a guideline, we are anticipating price increases within the ranges of 9-12%.
Please note that these price increases depend on confirmation of supplier costs and, at this stage, are only estimations and not broken down by specific products.
In the inflationary environment seen over the past year, we have observed to date that typically supplier-driven increases such as these are being passed through to end users, across the sector.
We are communicating this with you now in advance of anticipated increases to warn you in good time.
Once we have all the final details confirmed, we will notify you formally of all price increases.
Kind regards,
One2Call Ltd
