We're delighted to welcome Andrew Marsh to One2Call as our new Second Line Support Engineer.
Andrew joins the business with a strong background in IT support and managed services, further strengthening our Service Desk as we continue to grow.
After beginning his career outside of IT, Andrew decided to pursue his passion for technology and hasn't looked back since.
Over the years, he has progressed through first and second-line support roles, developing experience across networking, infrastructure and technical support within managed service providers.
Speaking about joining One2Call, Andrew said:
"I wasn't actively looking to move, but the opportunity felt like the right challenge. I'd heard great things about One2Call, and after speaking with the team, it felt like somewhere I wanted to be."
As a Second Line Support Engineer, Andrew will support customers with more complex technical issues while working closely with colleagues across the Service Desk to deliver excellent customer service.
Andrew said:
"I've always enjoyed solving problems and understanding how technology works. Second line is a great role because you're supporting both customers and the wider team every day. Everyone has been really friendly and approachable since I joined. It's been a great start and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in."
Andrew's manager, Brandon Carter, Service Desk Manager, said:
