🌟 Employee of the Month: Celebrating Our March 2026 Star 🌟

At One2Call, we’re proud to recognise the people who go above and beyond every day. Each month, colleagues nominate team members who live our values, support those around them, and make a real difference across the business.

For March, there was one name that kept coming up again… and again… and again and at this point, we’re starting to wonder if we need to rename the award.

We’re delighted to announce Aidan Jones as our Employee of the Month for March 2026, making it another consecutive win for Aidan, who continues his remarkable run of recognition.

As a small thank you for his continued hard work, Aidan will receive a ÂŁ50 gift voucher.

What more can be said that hasn’t already been said in previous months? Somehow, Aidan continues to raise the bar.

Whether he’s staying late to resolve critical customer issues, stepping up to support internal audits, or earning glowing praise directly from customers, Aidan consistently demonstrates why his name keeps appearing on the nominations board.

His dedication to customers, willingness to support colleagues, and determination to see every issue through to the end make him an incredibly valued member of the team, and, it seems, a permanent fixture in this blog.

"Stayed mega late to sort two big issues out, one with a customer’s warehouse system which was crucial to their operations, and the other with another customer issue. He took it on himself to apply a fix and see it through to the very end, which included configuring several clients to ensure they were able to work uninterrupted the next day. Again, I can’t thank Aidan enough, and I’m sure we all notice how many times his name crops up on the celebration board, every single one is truly deserved and worked incredibly hard for."
At this stage we may need to introduce an “Aidan Jones Hall of Fame” and let someone else have a go next month…
