One2Call Successfully Maintains ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Accreditations

We're pleased to announce that One2Call has successfully maintained both its ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accreditations following our latest independent audit.

Now, if you're not involved in IT, compliance, or quality management, that probably doesn't sound particularly exciting! But ISO certifications can matter a lot when you're trusting that business to maintain your systems, data, and day-to-day operations.

These accreditations are independently assessed standards that look at how we manage information security and the quality of our services. Maintaining these accreditations involves regular independent audits, providing customers with confidence that our security and quality processes are being assessed against recognised international standards.

What do they cover?

ISO 27001 focuses on information security. In simple terms, it's about making sure we have the right controls, processes, and safeguards in place to protect information and manage security risks. ISO 9001 focuses on quality.

It looks at how we deliver services, how we manage processes, how we identify improvements, and how we ensure customers receive a consistent experience.

While the standards cover different areas, they both have the same end goal: helping us deliver a better service to our customers.

Why should customers care?

A lot of businesses claim they take security seriously. A lot of businesses say they provide a great service.

ISO accreditation provides independent evidence that there are processes behind those claims.

For our customers, that means knowing they're working with a provider that has been assessed against recognised international standards, rather than simply taking our word for it.

It also means we regularly review how we work, identify areas for improvement, and make sure the controls and processes we've put in place remain effective.

The result is a more consistent service, better accountability, and greater confidence that security is being treated as a priority.

It's not a once-a-year exercise

It's easy to think ISO accreditation is something companies focus on once a year when the auditor arrives but in reality, it's an ongoing commitment.

Throughout the year, we review our processes, assess risks, update documentation, and look for ways to improve.

The audit is simply an opportunity for an independent assessor to verify that the standards we work to every day are being maintained.

It's a team effort

Successfully maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 is the result of work that happens across the whole business.

From service delivery and technical teams through to operations and management, maintaining these standards relies on people consistently doing the right things in the right way.

We're proud to have maintained both accreditations and, more importantly, proud of what they represent: a continued commitment to security, quality, and delivering the best possible service for our customers.
