An Update Regarding One2Call Service Pricing, 1st February 2025
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to reach out to your account manager.
This communication aims to provide you with as much notice as possible of supplier-led market price increases.
We have been closely monitoring the sector and our suppliers, who have indicated that due to the adverse inflationary effects on their operating costs and supplier costs, they have announced more price increases to come into effect on 1st Feb 2025.
These higher costs mean that, unfortunately, we also have no option but to review our current pricing and introduce price increases for a number of One2Call products and services.
We have worked closely with our suppliers to get confirmation on which products and services will be affected and the scale of those increases.
The following is a breakdown of price increases across One2Call services, Please note that all of these increases are applied per calendar month (pcm);
Overall change in pricing
An increase of the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) rate + 1.5%. The CPI inflation rate used is the Dec 2024 inflation rate published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in Jan 2025.
This will be applied to all services, apart from the following:
Mobile (Three, O2, EE, Vodafone):
Increase of CPI +3.9%
Legacy ADSL, FTTC Broadband Connections and WLR (PSTN & ISDN):
Increase of 10%.
NOTE: These services will soon be reaching end of life as the network operator plans to switch off any services utilising the old copper network in 2027, and as such we believe wholesalers are setting pricing to encourage users to move to more modern full fibre connections.
We advise all customers with the connection types listed above to contact us to discuss the options available so we can help you to plan an orderly transition well ahead of the cut-off date.
Microsoft 365:
To ensure you receive the best terms for your existing Microsoft licenses, we will contact each of our customers individually to discuss the various options.
If you have any questions about any of the above please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. We totally understand the difficulty pricing changes can cause for businesses and are fully committed to helping our customers in any way we can.
