Update on price changes starting 1st Feb 2025. Please read carefully.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
We’re giving you early notice about upcoming price increases that will affect some One2Call services from 1st February 2025.
Our suppliers have flagged rising operational and supply chain costs, and unfortunately, that means we also need to adjust our pricing. We’ve worked closely with them to confirm which services are affected and by how much. Some of our own charges are also changing slightly due to the same inflationary pressures all businesses are currently feeling.
Here’s the breakdown. All changes apply per calendar month (pcm):
CPI + 2.5%
This applies to most services. We’ll use the December 2024 CPI (Consumer Prices Index) rate, published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in January 2025.
CPI + 4.9%
10% increase
These services are being phased out by 2027 as part of the copper network switch-off. Pricing is rising to encourage a move to full fibre. If you're using these, get in touch—we’ll help you plan a smooth transition.
Price increases will vary depending on licence and term-lengths.
We’ll contact you directly to make sure you’re getting the best deal on your current licences.
Our new rates will be as follows:
Help Desk / Telecoms / Engineers
IT Specialist / Consultant
