At One2Call, recognising the people who consistently go above and beyond is something we take great pride in. Each month, colleagues nominate those who embody our values, support their teams, and make a real difference across the business.
This month, the votes highlighted four outstanding individuals whose dedication, attitude, and achievements truly stood out. Rather than narrowing it down, we’re delighted to celebrate all four of our November Employees of the Month.

2nd Line Support Agent
Aidan’s name continues to come up month after month, and for good reason. His consistency, positive attitude, and willingness to step up whenever needed make him a huge asset to the team. Whether it’s learning something new or supporting colleagues out of hours, Aidan always brings a “can-do” mindset.

⭐ Niamh Holden
HR Coordinator
Niamh’s achievement this month goes above and beyond day-to-day work. Successfully completing her Level 3 HR Support Qualification while working full time is a huge accomplishment and a testament to her dedication, effort, and resilience.
