Paid Learning

I've worked at a lot of different businesses, big and small, and what is unique about One2Call is the lack of ego in the business. I've never witnessed any of the one petty quarrels or one upmanship that I've seen at other businesses. Everyone seems to genuinely like and get on with each other, and there's definitely an overall atmosphere of everyone pulling together in the right direction.

On a personal note I also value that it's acknowledged that everyone needs to learn continuously to stay good at their jobs and that this is supported with time in work to undertake training. I also like that trying to be active is supported with extra break time for exercise undertaken with a colleague.
