2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2.2. The sole winner must be aged 18+. The winner may bring an accompanying guest who is under 18.

2.3. The competition is not open to employees of One2Call, their family members, or anyone professionally associated with the competition.

2.4. By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and fully understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The competition opens at 00:01 on 23 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 2 May 2026 (UK time).

3.2. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must, on the relevant social media platform where the competition post appears (TikTok, LinkedIn, or X):

• Like the competition post;
• Follow the One2Call account on that platform;
• Tag the person they would like to bring to the match.
  
  4.2. Competition announcements will always take place on a Monday, and the winner will always be announced on a Thursday.
  
  4.3. The qualifying post fulfilling all entry criteria must be submitted within the competition period.
  
  4.4. Entrants must remain a follower of the One2Call account on the respective platform until the day of the match to enable communication if they win.
  
  4.5. Winners will be notified through the social media platform used for entry and must acknowledge receipt of the message within 24 hours.

5. Prize

5.1. The prize consists of two (2) home supporters section tickets to a Sheffield Wednesday home match.

5.2. The prize has an estimated value of £60–£100.

5.3. Seat locations are not guaranteed and will be within the home end.

5.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

5.5. No substitute prizes will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. One (1) winner will be selected per competition round.

6.2. The winner will be determined via a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.

6.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

7.1. The winner will be contacted via the social media platform on which the relevant competition was hosted (TikTok, LinkedIn, or X).

7.2. The winner must respond within 24 hours to confirm acceptance and provide all required information.

7.3. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize, and One2Call reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

8. Use of Names and Content

8.1. One2Call will not use the names or content of entrants or winners for promotional purposes beyond communicating and validating the prize unless legally required to do so.

9. Platform Rules

9.1. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or any other third-party platform.

9.2. By participating, entrants release these platforms from any liability related to the competition.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel

10.1. One2Call reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or events outside its reasonable control.

10.2. Any changes will be made available via the same social media platform(s) on which the competition is promoted.

11. General Conditions

11.1. One2Call accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or ineligible entries due to technical faults, user error, or any other reason beyond One2Call’s control.

11.2. The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
11.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
