🌟 Employee of the Month: Celebrating Our April 2026 Star 🌟


Every month at One2Call, we take the opportunity to recognise the people whose hard work, attitude, and commitment make a real difference behind the scenes. From supporting customers out of hours to helping teammates hit important deadlines, these are the people who help keep everything moving day in, day out.

April’s nominations were packed with examples of teamwork, long hours, and people stepping up when it mattered most, but one person’s name kept appearing throughout the month.

We’re delighted to announce Haydn Congreve as One2Call’s Employee of the Month for April 2026. 🎉

As a thank you for all of his hard work, Haydn will receive a £50 gift voucher.

A lot of Haydn’s nominations mentioned the same thing, his willingness to help wherever needed and get stuck in no matter the time or situation. Whether it was staying late, helping out of hours, or giving up weekends to support important projects, Haydn has played a huge part throughout April.

From office moves and customer projects to rebuilding devices under tight deadlines, Haydn has consistently stepped up when needed and helped keep things running smoothly.

“Working late into the evening on one project before being back in early the next morning to help complete another important installation. Day to day, Haydn consistently shows the attitude, teamwork and work ethic that reflect the values of the business."
"Helped rebuild and prepare over 100 devices in less than a week to meet a tight deadline. It was a huge team effort, with special thanks to Haydn for giving up part of his Sunday to help get everything completed on time.”


Haydn’s willingness to go the extra mile, no matter the time or challenge, has not gone unnoticed. His commitment to both the team and our customers has made a huge impact throughout the month, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.
