We're delighted to announce the arrival of two new team members at One2Call, as Gabriel Williams joins us as Commercial Account Manager and Rebecca Masters joins as Customer Success Manager.

Welcome Gabriel Williams, Commercial Account Manager

Gabriel joins One2Call with a strong background in account management and customer relationship development. Over the last four years, he has built extensive experience helping customers achieve their goals while continually expanding his commercial knowledge and expertise.
Throughout his career, Gabriel has demonstrated a passion for learning, embracing new challenges, and building long-term relationships based on trust and value. In his new role, he will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, ensuring they receive the right support and strategic guidance from One2Call as they grow.
Speaking about his first day, Gabriel said:

Welcome Rebecca Masters, Customer Success Manager

We are equally pleased to welcome Rebecca Masters to the One2Call team as our new Customer Success Manager.
Rebecca brings years of experience supporting customers and building lasting relationships. Her customer-first approach, combined with a passion for helping businesses succeed, makes her a perfect fit for our values and the way we work.
As Customer Success Manager, Rebecca will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their partnership with One2Call. She will work proactively with customers to understand their objectives, support their ongoing success, and help deliver the excellent service experience we're known for.
