One2Call’s Employee of the Month for September is…Jack Peake!

At One2Call, we’re big on recognising the amazing people who make things happen. Every month, staff vote for who’s really gone above and beyond, someone who lives our values, helps others, and makes a real difference to both the team and our customers.
 
It’s our way of saying thank you for all the effort that often goes unseen but makes a huge impact, and to make it extra special, each month’s winner also receives a £50 voucher to spend at ASOS or Amazon. Just a small token of appreciation for everything they do.
 
And this month’s winner has definitely earned it.
 

Congratulations, Jack!

We’re excited to announce that Jack Peake, our Operations Manager, is One2Call’s Employee of the Month for September 2025.
 
Jack’s been part of the One2Call family for an incredible 12 years, and over the past 18 months, he’s been leading one of the biggest transitions we’ve ever undertaken — moving from our previous system to Autotask, our new Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
 
So, what’s Autotask?
 
Basically, it’s a powerful new system that brings together everything from customer support to billing, making things run a lot smoother across the board. It connects with all our existing tools and uses automation and AI to make our work faster, easier, and more accurate.
 
For our customers, that means quicker responses, clearer communication, and a better service.
 
For our team, it means fewer manual tasks, smoother processes, and smarter tools that help us do our jobs more efficiently.
 
Or as Jack puts it: “It’s about removing friction so we can focus on what really matters, delivering great service.”
