It's almost exactly five years since we moved into our current offices, but already we're outgrowing them, which is why we've taken the decision to move onwards and upwards.
On Monday 11th May we'll be moving to a new head office building - right in the middle of Sheffield's industrial heartland.
But this isn’t just a change of address. It’s a proper milestone for us as a business - and one we’re genuinely excited about!

From “long‑term home” to outgrown space
Five years ago, we moved into our current office fully expecting it to be our home for the long haul. We invested in it, settled in, and even had solar panels installed because we thought we’d be there for many, many years to come.
What we didn’t fully anticipate was just how quickly One2Call would grow.
In that time, the business has evolved significantly - in size, capability, and focus. We’ve outgrown the 3,800 sq ft of offices space at our current location, not just physically, but in terms of how we now work with our customers.
Why the new office makes sense
Our new office is 6,000 sq ft, located right in the heart of Sheffield’s historic business and manufacturing district - on Brightside Lane, sandwiched between the old and new sites of Sheffield Forgemasters.
It’s a location that reflects who we are:
- Rooted in Sheffield
- Closely connected to Sheffield's business community - from retail to services to manufacturing and more
- Focused on long‑term, practical support for growing organisations
But more importantly, it reflects how One2Call itself has changed.
A business that’s shifted - by design
Our current site is, in many ways, a legacy of an earlier phase of One2Call.
At the time, we needed large storage areas for networking, telephony and CCTV hardware - projects that required space, stock, and logistics.
Today, our business looks very different.
The continued growth of our Managed IT, Cloud Management, and Cyber Security services means we simply don’t need that level of physical storage anymore. What we do need is space to think, collaborate, and work closely with our customers at a more strategic level.
Built for collaboration, learning, and the future
The new office gives us:
- Significantly improved meeting and collaboration spaces
- Better facilities for consultative and strategic discussions with customers
- Dedicated areas for study, learning, and staying ahead of emerging technology trends
That’s important, because our role is no longer just about keeping systems running (though we’re still very good at that). It’s about helping customers make informed decisions, plan ahead, and navigate a fast‑changing IT and security landscape with confidence.
This move supports exactly that.

Customer service will not be affected by the move.
All phone numbers, email addresses, and support processes remain exactly the same.
A proud moment - and just the next chapter
Reaching 19 years in business, outgrowing a space we once thought we’d be in forever, and moving into an office that truly fits the company we are today - these are things we’re proud of.
We’re looking forward to settling in, sharing the space, and welcoming customers and partners to our new home very soon.
